The McCloskey I54 Impactor leads the pack in the sub-50 tonne class, offering top-notch quality and high production capacity for mobile impactor applications. Its strength lies in a 47" x 53.5" (940 mm x 1.3 m) four-bar impactor chamber with a 37" x 53.5" (940 mm x 1.3 m) feed opening. Additionally, a separately vibrating 53.3" x 69" (1.3 m x 1.7 m) double-deck pre-screen sifts out fines before crushing, boosting capacity and minimizing wear. When paired with the optional recirculating system (I54R), it effortlessly produces premium crushed and screened final products with just one machine.
